In states like Rajasthan, which needs over 2,000 modern ripening chambers but has only 200, small operators often resort to ripening with calcium carbide - an illegal and unsafe chemical that compromises fruit quality and poses a significant health risk to consumers. This is the problem Green Shoots was built to solve.

The process is scientific and precise. At our facilities, raw bananas are first pre-cooled to the optimal temperature. They then enter a controlled, 80-hour ripening cycle that uses ethylene gas—the global standard for natural ripening. With precise management of temperature, humidity, and airflow, we produce consistently perfect, premium-quality fruit that meets international food safety standards.

This entire physical operation is powered by our digital platform. Our technology provides end-to-end traceability and transparency, connecting all stakeholders through a single interface.
